Seventy years ago, following the signing of the Geneva Accords in 1954, President Ho Chi Minh and the Central Committee of the Party made a strategic decision to send a significant number of children of cadres, soldiers, and people from the South to the North to continue their education, aiming to train cadres for the Party's long-term revolutionary cause.

This decision marked a historic shift in power, a crucial period in Vietnamese history, contributing to the struggle for national reunification.
The televised program consists of three parts. Part 1: The aspiration for reunification, recreating the historical context of the troop mobilization to the North, and the correct decisions of President Ho Chi Minh and the Central Party Committee in the troop movement.
Chapter 2: A Unwavering Loyalty, tells stories of people in the North who, despite hardship and deprivation, always gave their best to those in the South; it reflects the spirit before the decision to relocate to the North, when the military and people of the entire country were united in heart and determination to carry it out with all their hearts and enthusiasm.
Chapter 3: Bringing Glory to Vietnam, conveying the significance of the North-South Regrouping event as a historical lesson for building a new era of Vietnam's progress.
The program at the Hai Phong venue included 10 unique artistic performances recreating memories of ships carrying the hopes and aspirations of the people of the South to the North, and the protection and care of the people of the North for their children from the South.
