Similarly, after receiving a message from the Ministry of Information and Communications introducing the "October: Digital Consumption Month" program, Ms. Thu Hien, currently living in Dong Da District, Hanoi, visited dx.gov.vn to find out more information and choose to use the service offers according to her needs.
“The program has attracted many businesses providing digital products and services. In my opinion, this is an opportunity to promote businesses' products to consumers. Especially through the dx.gov.vn website, many users nationwide can access and try digital products and services for free or at low cost. This is essential because, unlike tangible products that can be observed externally to judge their quality, digital products and services must be tried before they can be evaluated,” Ms. Thu Hien shared.
The Ministry of Information and Communications has requested that mobile network operators uniformly send promotional messages to mobile subscribers nationwide twice a day: once at 10:10 AM on October 6th and again at 10:10 AM on October 10th, to inform them of the National Digital Transformation Day 2023 and to introduce the "October: Digital Consumption Month" program.
Furthermore, throughout October, many community digital technology groups in various localities nationwide have been actively going door-to-door to disseminate information about the National Digital Transformation Day activities in their respective areas, the "October: Digital Consumption Month" program in 2023, and to guide citizens on using online services, online shopping, online payments, and how to protect themselves from risks and dangers in the digital environment. “We expect that by supporting agencies, organizations, businesses, and people in accessing Make in Vietnam technology solutions, Vietnamese entities and people will have the tools to innovate their working methods, increase productivity, and improve work efficiency. Through this, we will make valuable contributions to the national digital transformation across all three pillars: digital government, digital economy, and digital society, ” shared Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy.
By offering families a 3-month free trial of the Mobile Guard solution, CyRadar Information Security Company aims to support parents in protecting their families and managing their children's learning and entertainment in the digital world.
“The benefits of the Internet and technology are so great that we sometimes forget its downsides. Children who use electronic devices for too long and for the wrong purposes will suffer many unforeseen consequences, such as distorted behavior and cognitive development, abuse, exploitation, and manipulation. Even adults, if not careful and lacking in knowledge, can easily become victims of various forms of attacks, scams, and theft of property and honor in the virtual world,” commented Nguyen Minh Duc, CEO of CyRadar.
