This force will directly participate in guiding, receiving, digitizing records and returning results of administrative procedure settlement at the City Public Administration Service Center, branches and affiliated service points, contributing to bringing faster and more convenient services to people and businesses.
Not only simply receiving documents and returning results, Post Office staff will become an important "bridge" between the government and the people in handling administrative procedures. 186 staff will participate in the entire process, from guiding procedures, checking documents, digitizing data, supporting fee payment, to returning results through many flexible forms.
In particular, all staff have achieved good results in the exam, fully qualified, capable, responsible and skilled in serving the people.

Highly appreciating the accompaniment and coordination of Vietnam Post in the past time, Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang, Director of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center, emphasized that the staff is the "face" of the center, of the administrative apparatus in each locality and is the key factor in creating the image of a friendly, modern administration, close to the people, for the people, dedicated to serving the people.
The cooperation of Vietnam Post with the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center not only provides young, high-quality human resources, but also contributes to creating a friendly, modern, and people-oriented administration. This is an important step in the administrative reform journey, bringing a convenient and satisfying experience to every citizen and business in the capital.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Hong, Deputy Director of the Public Administration Services Business Management Board, Vietnam Post Corporation, every year Vietnam Post receives and returns results of 16-18 million administrative procedure settlement files of people and businesses.
This is a clear demonstration of the Post Office's capacity and experience in implementing public services. Vietnam Post commits to closely coordinate with the Center, ensuring the quality of human resources, strictly implementing procedures, and at the same time enhancing training and mobilizing resources to meet the increasingly high requirements of administrative reform.
