In recent times, the province has synchronously deployed many solutions such as expanding the "Modern One-Stop Shop" model, applying the online satisfaction assessment system and quick response QR codes at the provincial and commune-level public administration service centers. 100% of administrative procedures under the provincial authority, 100% of communes and wards are provided with full and partial online public services. Localities such as Minh Xuan, Nong Tien, Ha Giang 1, Ha Giang 2 wards; Ham Yen, Son Duong, Bac Quang, Vi Xuyen communes are bright spots in reforming procedures, streamlining the file processing process, and reducing processing time for people.
By 2026, the province strives to achieve a people's satisfaction index of over 92%, building a public, transparent, and professional administration to best serve the needs of organizations and citizens.
