3,000 booths of over 2,500 organizations and businesses participate in the 2025 Autumn Fair

The 2025 Autumn Fair will open at 9am on October 26 and close on November 4. Within the framework of the Fair, there will be fundraising activities to support people severely affected by storms and floods in the North and Central regions.

On the evening of October 12, chairing a meeting to review preparations for the 2025 Autumn Fair, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son requested that the relevant agencies and units participating in the fair bring typical products to the 2025 Autumn Fair, which must be strictly controlled in terms of quality.

The Deputy Prime Minister also emphasized the requirement that the Fair must have space for visitors to eat, rest and ensure food hygiene and safety. Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son highly appreciated the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup Corporation and related agencies and units for their efforts in implementing assigned tasks, meeting requirements and on schedule.

The Deputy Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to focus on reviewing assigned tasks to prepare for the rehearsal on October 24; assigned the Ministry of Finance to notify about central budget support for ministries, branches and localities on October 14.

Reporting at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said that the Ministry has compiled the request for financial support to participate in the Fair from ministries, central agencies and localities, and sent it to the Ministry of Finance for consideration and reporting to competent authorities for approval. The Ministry of Finance is assessing the funding to ensure savings and efficiency; guiding ministries, branches and localities in selecting contractors and setting standards for the contents of the Fair implementation. Vingroup Corporation has completed the overall design and decoration of the Fair; the design of zones, logo and general identification system of the Fair, approved by the Fair Steering Committee.

The Organizing Committee has received registrations for about 3,000 booths from over 2,500 organizations and businesses to exhibit at the Fair, basically completing the set target. The industries displayed at the Fair are diverse in many fields such as heavy industry, light industry, cultural industry, science and technology, innovation, agriculture, food processing, services, trade, consumer goods, etc.

All provinces and cities across the country have received the premises and are planning to design and organize the construction, staging and decoration of their local booths according to plan.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to direct Vietnamese representative agencies and the Vietnamese Trade Office to widely promote information about the Fair to attract foreign enterprises to participate. During the Fair, there are expected to be 10 specialized seminars and online export forums with the participation of Amazon, Alibaba Group, etc.

The Fair is expected to open at 9am on October 26 and close on November 4. Within the framework of the Fair, there will be fundraising activities to support people severely affected by storms and floods in the North and Central regions.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is the first "3 best" fair in Vietnam: organized on the largest scale, about 3,000 booths, at the largest and most modern Center (area of ​​about 100,000 m2 ) and with the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, ministries, branches, relevant agencies, corporations, general companies and private enterprises, domestic and foreign enterprises are mobilized to participate).

The fair is expected to be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumption, boost production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers to participate, making an important contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025, creating momentum for double-digit growth in the next period.
