500 children in Da Nang experience English with AI technology

DNO - On the morning of August 9, Da Nang Children's Palace coordinated with Dream Viet Education Joint Stock Company to organize the English Festival "AI Technology accompanies - Conquering English with children" in 2025 for more than 500 students.

During the event, students had their English proficiency assessed by teachers through direct interaction with them, ensuring they met international standards.

The highlight of the event was the English learning experience using artificial intelligence (AI). Through an AI-powered application, students received instant feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary; they also used chatbots and engaging AI conversations.

According to a UNESCO report (2023), more than 120 countries have implemented some form of AI integration into their education systems, a threefold increase compared to 2015. Global Market Insights Inc. forecasts that the market value of AI in education will exceed $20 billion by 2027.

Mr. Nguyen Nhan, Director of the Da Nang Children's Palace, said that there is increasing interest from schools, parents, and students in the application of AI in English language learning.

Organizing the English Day not only contributes to creating a beneficial playground for children during the summer but also helps them improve their English skills; access AI in English learning, and keep up with global trends.

On this occasion, the Da Nang Children's Palace and Dream Viet Education Joint Stock Company donated 20 gift packages (each worth 500,000 VND) to support disadvantaged children in attending school in the 2025-2026 academic year.
