71,000 accounts were granted by Da Nang to the 2-level government apparatus, Internet speed in communes increased 2-3 times

Statistics show that as of the afternoon of July 9, the two-level government apparatus in Da Nang has issued 71,000 accounts for civil servants to handle work.

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online on the afternoon of July 9, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City, said that the information system and transmission lines operating the two-level government apparatus of Da Nang have been operating stably.

On July 9, localities and departments across Da Nang City received about 1,400 applications (including 568 online applications).

Since the first day of operating the two-level government, Da Nang has issued 71,000 accounts to civil servants to perform public duties.

In each ward and commune, there are at least 2 officers on duty to handle any arising situations related to the information technology system. 100% of the officials and civil servants who are leaders have been granted digital signatures to process documents.

To keep the information system running smoothly, the transmission line to communes and wards has also been increased by 2-3 times by the network operator.

Up to now, the online meeting system between communes in Da Nang, communes with cities, cities with central agencies has been connected.

Administrative agencies have integrated 100% of administrative procedures eligible for online provision. In communes, equipment serving people and working staff has been fully provided.

After merging with Quang Nam, Da Nang City has 93 wards, communes and a special zone (Hoang Sa).

Since the first day of operation, under the guidance of specialized agencies, administrative procedure handling in units has been smooth, and any arising issues have been promptly handled.
