In 8 months, Da Nang collected nearly 36,000 billion VND in budget revenue

DNO - According to the Da Nang City Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in the city as of August 25 reached VND 35,831.5 billion, an increase of 20.9% over the same period in 2024.

Of this, central budget revenue reached 7,562.4 billion VND, local budget revenue reached 28,244 billion VND.

Domestic revenue continues to play a key role with VND 31,362.5 billion, accounting for 87.5% of total revenue, up 19.5% over the same period in 2024. Notably, many important revenue items recorded high growth.

Revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached VND5,163.1 billion (accounting for 14.4% of total revenue and increasing by 24.6% over the same period); personal income tax reached VND4,046.4 billion (accounting for 11.3%, increasing by 31.5% over the same period); revenue from housing and land reached VND4,906.7 billion (accounting for 13.7%, increasing sharply by 71.5% over the same period).

Meanwhile, revenue from the non-state industrial and commercial sector reached VND10,602.8 billion, still the largest revenue item in domestic revenue but only increased slightly by 1.8%, the proportion tended to decrease compared to the same period last year.

Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at VND 2,575 billion, accounting for 7.2% of total revenue, down 13.6% over the same period. Although aid revenue accounts for a small proportion, it increased by 55.1% over the same period in 2024.
