
Of this total, central government revenue reached 7,562.4 billion VND, and local government revenue reached 28,244 billion VND.
Domestic revenue continued to play a leading role with VND 31,362.5 billion, accounting for 87.5% of total revenue, an increase of 19.5% compared to the same period in 2024. Notably, many important revenue streams recorded high growth rates.
Revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached VND 5,163.1 billion (accounting for 14.4% of total revenue and increasing by 24.6% compared to the same period); personal income tax reached VND 4,046.4 billion (accounting for 11.3%, increasing by 31.5% compared to the same period); and revenue from housing and land reached VND 4,906.7 billion (accounting for 13.7%, a sharp increase of 71.5% compared to the same period).
Meanwhile, revenue from the non-state industrial and commercial sector reached VND 10,602.8 billion, remaining the largest source of domestic revenue but showing only a slight increase of 1.8%, with its proportion trending downwards compared to the same period last year.
Revenue from import and export activities is estimated at VND 2,575 billion, accounting for 7.2% of total revenue, a decrease of 13.6% compared to the same period. Although aid revenue accounts for a small proportion, it increased by 55.1% compared to the same period in 2024.
