99.97% of petrol retail stores have issued invoices for each sale.

According to the General Department of Taxation, after nearly 5 months of implementation, up to now, basically all retail gasoline stores nationwide have issued electronic invoices for each sale.

As of March 31, 2024, nationwide, 15,931 retail gasoline stores have issued electronic invoices for each sale, reaching 99.97%.

To recognize outstanding and outstanding achievements in the management and use of electronic invoices for petroleum business and retail activities, the Minister of Finance awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals and 7 groups of the General Department of Taxation, including Director General of the General Department of Taxation Mai Xuan Thanh, Hanoi Tax Department.

Regarding the cumulative implementation of electronic invoices from the implementation to the end of the first quarter of 2024, the number of electronic invoices received and processed by tax authorities is estimated at 7.12 billion invoices, of which 2 billion are invoices with codes and more than 5.12 billion are invoices without codes.

Also by the end of the first quarter of 2024, 50,303 businesses had registered to use electronic invoices generated from cash registers with the number of generated invoices being more than 252.8 million.

Regarding the results of implementing electronic tax on mobile (Etax Mobile), since its implementation, there have been 830,974 downloads, installations and uses of the application, the number of transactions via commercial banks is 1,272,715 transactions with a total amount of successfully paid VND 3,148 billion.
