Selling partners can directly use the service at Amazon Seller Central, experience cross-border shipping from third-party shipping providers in a seamless, reliable, highly efficient and cost-effective manner.

Amazon SEND provides stable and efficient operations, a simple FBA warehousing process, preferential prices, and transparent shipping tracking for sellers, marking an important milestone in optimizing sellers' experience in cross-border shipping and supply chain.

Third-party shipping providers have integrated their services into the Amazon shipping process in Seller Central. This allows sellers to enjoy a “one-stop” cross-border logistics service, including: order creation, local pickup, export declaration, cross-border shipping, import customs clearance at destination, and inbound shipment to FBA.

The entire process can be tracked in Amazon Seller Central, allowing sellers to better manage shipping times and delivery status in real time. In addition, selected carriers in the Amazon SEND program will also provide convenient FBA shipping services at preferential rates 5%-20% lower than similar services, helping sellers improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

“Amazon SEND is our first integrated logistics solution powered by third-party carriers, allowing sellers to enjoy top-notch logistics resources, helping them run their cross-border e-commerce businesses more efficiently,” said Peng Jiaqi, Director of Product and Seller Training at Amazon Global Selling Asia.
