Why should you add bell peppers to your meals?

Sweet peppers have a distinctive sweet flavor, without being spicy or pungent. Besides eating them directly or making juice, they are also delicious in stir-fries and other dishes. Sweet peppers have an extremely high vitamin C content, a fact that few people are aware of.
According to published research, its vitamin C content is 3.8 times higher than oranges and 2.5 times higher than kiwis. Therefore, if you are sick and need a vitamin C boost, bell peppers are a better choice than oranges and kiwis. Delicious everyday dishes with sweet green peppers
* Green peppers stewed with tempeh
Ingredient:
+ 300g green chilies
+ 1 clove of garlic
+ Tempeh beans
+ Tapioca starch
+ Seasonings: cooking oil, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce…
Making:
Step 1: Wash the green bell peppers, cut off the ends, remove the seeds, and cut them diagonally into short pieces. Crush and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2: Make the sauce by combining light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and water in a bowl and stirring well.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the green chilies and stir-fry quickly over medium heat until the skin of the chilies wrinkles. Remove from the pan and set aside. Next, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the tempeh and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the green chilies. Then, add the coconut milk and stir-fry over high heat for about 2-3 minutes. To thicken the sauce, you can add a little cornstarch for a more appealing look.

2. Stuffed green peppers
Ingredients: Green peppers, pork, onions, ginger, carrots, mushrooms
Making:
Step 1: Wash the green chilies, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add seasonings, onion, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and sesame oil, and mix well. Once the meat mixture is ready, stuff it into each of the sliced chilies.
Next, prepare the sauce by mixing salt, chicken stock, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, and cornstarch. Add all ingredients to an appropriate amount of water, stir well, and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, then add each stuffed green bell pepper slice and fry slowly until both sides are cooked through. Once the meat filling is cooked, remove and set aside.
Heat a moderate amount of oil, then add the mushrooms and diced carrots. Cook until fragrant, then pour in the sauce and simmer until thickened. Finally, pour this sauce over the stuffed peppers to complete a nutritious and delicious dish.

* Stir-fried green peppers with eggs
Ingredients: Eggs, bell peppers, a little salt, and seasoning powder.
Making:
This dish is simple and easy for both children and adults to eat. To prepare, put the eggs in a bowl, add a little water, and stir well. Wash the chili peppers and chop them into small pieces.
Next, heat oil in a pan and add the eggs. Note that you should swirl the eggs clockwise with chopsticks to make them smooth and look more appealing. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them to a separate bowl. Then, add a little more oil, add the chili peppers, and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes. Add the eggs back in, adjust the seasoning, and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
