Following the installation and testing process, TSHPCo has successfully completed and put into operation a real-time water resource monitoring and exploitation system, meeting the requirements of Circular 17/2021/TT-BTNMT.
The continuous improvement, updating, and upgrading of the water resource monitoring system has contributed to enhancing the monitoring and exploitation of water resources. This enables plant operators to control and monitor online parameters such as upstream and downstream water levels, flow parameters through the turbines and spillways, etc.; and to promptly develop effective plans for water resource operation and exploitation, thereby improving water resource utilization efficiency.
At the same time, with the help of the real-time monitoring and water resource exploitation system, the company's leadership has been able to grasp the situation and manage electricity production, providing timely guidance in regulating reservoir water levels, which is an important parameter in managing TSHPCo's participation in the electricity market.
