Bac Lieu province has allowed Hoang Phat Group Investment Joint Stock Company to transfer the entire terraced commercial housing project.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province has authorized Hoang Phat Group Investment Joint Stock Company (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu province) to transfer the entire commercial townhouse project to Hoang Tien Construction Co., Ltd. in Bac Lieu (84 N7 Street, Mega Ruby residential area, Quarter 2, Phu Huu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).

Specifically, the project is a commercial townhouse complex located on plot TMDV 1C, in the Hoang Phat New Urban Area, Ward 1, Bac Lieu City. The project aims to construct commercial townhouses on a land area of ​​9,021.34 m2; with a total investment of VND 119,027,602,376; a total construction floor area of ​​16,855.36 m2; a 3-story building; and a product structure of 55 commercial townhouses.

The project's operational period extends until December 6, 2060, with a project implementation schedule of 24 months (from the date of issuance of Construction Permit No. 03/GPXD dated January 12, 2024, by the People's Committee of Bac Lieu City). Currently, construction has progressed to the beam and floor slab of the first floor.

The People's Committee of Bac Lieu province assigns the Department of Construction the responsibility of publicly announcing the decision allowing the transfer of the entire aforementioned real estate project on the Department of Construction's electronic information portal and is fully responsible for the accuracy of the assessment of the transfer dossier for the entire project in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, it is responsible for acting as the focal point in monitoring and supervising the implementation of the project until its completion. If any difficulties or obstacles arise, it will handle them according to its authority and the provisions of the law; in cases exceeding its authority, it will promptly report and propose solutions in accordance with regulations, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.

In addition, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province also assigned the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Tax Department, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu City, and other relevant agencies and units to be responsible for monitoring and supervising the implementation based on their respective functions and duties.

Specifically, it involves guiding the project transferor and the project transferee to fully complete all necessary documents, procedures, and fulfill their responsibilities and obligations to the State in accordance with current laws (including fulfilling financial obligations regarding land use fees and land lease fees due to changes in land use coefficients - if any) and to organize the implementation of subsequent steps in the correct order and procedures as prescribed by current laws.
