As of December 31, 2023, the total operating capital of the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank reached more than VND 4,270 billion, an increase of 13.47% compared to December 31, 2022; total outstanding loans reached more than VND 4,268 billion, an increase of 13.55% compared to December 31, 2022 with a total of 97,382 customers receiving loans, of which outstanding loans entrusted to organizations accounted for 99.87% of total outstanding loans; the bad debt ratio accounted for 0.11% of total outstanding loans. In 2023, the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank disbursed loans to more than 29,200 customers with loan turnover reaching nearly VND 1,066 billion; total debt collection turnover reached more than VND 550 billion. In the inspection and supervision work, in 2023, members of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank at all levels conducted inspections at 8 districts, 1,179 communes, 426 savings and loan groups, and 8,025 loan households, thereby detecting and promptly correcting errors in preferential lending at the grassroots level.

In his concluding remarks, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank highly appreciated the activities of the Provincial Social Policy Bank in actively contributing to socio-economic development, poverty reduction and social security in the locality.
In order to effectively implement the Government's preferential loan programs, he requested that in the coming time, the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies continue to advise on the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW of the Secretariat, Decision No. 1630/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, Plan No. 36-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW and Directive No. 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat; closely follow the program, socio-economic development goals of the province and the demand for loans for timely disbursement; strengthen the dissemination of preferential credit policies, especially new credit policies, so that all people know and implement them; Promote the role and function of inspection and supervision of each member of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank at all levels, coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Fatherland Front at all levels and functional agencies in inspection and supervision work, on that basis promptly correct errors and shortcomings in preferential lending; focus on training and improving professional qualifications for members of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank at all levels, socio- political organizations, and management boards of savings and loan groups; strictly manage the treasury system...
