The project consists of two buildings: A1 is 26 floors high, with 188 luxury apartments; A2 is 17 floors high, is a 5-star hotel and apartment block. The two buildings are designed separately, connected by a modern staircase system. The total floor area is 60,000m2, with a total investment of 1,080 billion VND.

On July 12, Prime Company Limited organized the first handover of land use right certificates to 21 households, marking the full and timely implementation of legal commitments. To date, 161/188 apartments in building A1 have found owners, reaching a consumption rate of 85.6%, showing the strong attraction of the project.

The on-time handover, transparent and quick completion of legal procedures have helped Prime build trust with residents - those who have chosen this place as their long-term residence.

Located in a prime location, with three sides adjacent to major traffic routes, Prime Twin Towers integrates a synchronous utility ecosystem, including a shopping center, parking lot, entertainment area, gym, spa, etc. The project is considered a new architectural symbol, affirming Prime's reputation and capacity in the Thai Nguyen real estate market.
