Previously, while working at the grassroots level, Quang Tri Newspaper reporters discovered and wrote an article to call on the community to join hands to help the case of Doan Hoang Tra My (8 years old) and her younger brother Doan Viet Son (7 years old), two siblings in especially difficult circumstances, orphaned by both parents, currently living with their elderly, sick grandmother who is unable to work.
In order to encourage and help the two children have the conditions to study and improve their lives, and to carry out the campaign "Each organization and individual is associated with a humanitarian address", Quang Tri Newspaper has sponsored Doan Hoang Tra My from September 2023 until she turns 18 years old with a support level of 500,000 VND/month.
Doan Viet Son will be sponsored by Quang Tri Trading Corporation from September 2023 until he turns 18 years old with a monthly support of 500,000 VND, taken from the company's "Giving Children" Fund.
