According to the decision of the Politburo announced by Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong at the conference, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; was transferred and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the City Party Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Next, Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee presented the decision to comrade Nguyen Duc Trung.

Previously, at the 14th Conference, the Party Central Committee elected comrade Tran Sy Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee to join the Central Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Committee.
