Binh Dinh has 2 more social housing projects eligible to borrow the 120,000 billion VND package

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has reviewed and synthesized two additional projects for low-income people, namely the Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project (Hai Cang Ward, Quy Nhon City) and the Van Phat Social Housing Project (Tran Quang Dieu Ward, Quy Nhon City) to ensure conditions for borrowing the VND 120,000 billion credit package according to Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP, dated March 11, 2023 of the Government .

Specifically, the Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project requires a loan of 318 billion VND. This project received investment approval on October 29, 2021, and adjustments on March 11, 2024, covering a total area of ​​over 5,000 m2. The total investment capital for the project is nearly 800 billion VND, and it will provide 530 apartments to the market.

Up to now, this project has completed geological and topographic surveys and pile testing, and is preparing a feasibility study report, fire prevention and environmental impact assessment report to start construction. However, the project has not yet been approved for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500.

Binh Dinh is constructing and developing many social housing projects.

Meanwhile, the Van Phat Social Housing Project in Tran Quang Dieu Ward is in need of a loan of 600 billion VND. The project was approved for investment on March 21, 2022, adjusted on September 13, 2022 with a total area of ​​over 38,000 m2. The total investment capital is over 625 billion VND with 749 apartments.

The project is scheduled to be implemented from the fourth quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2026. As of June 7, 2024, the project has completed geological and topographic surveys, requested water and electricity connections, environmental impact assessment, and provided comments on fire prevention and fighting facility design for technical infrastructure items; is implementing the preparation of a Feasibility Study Report, Fire Prevention and Fighting for the apartment building item... to start construction. However, by the beginning of June, the project has not yet been assigned the entire land area of ​​the project.

Regarding the development of social housing, Binh Dinh province has also announced information on 5 projects. Among them, 1 project to renovate and rebuild old apartments in Quy Nhon City is eligible to borrow capital from the 120,000 billion VND credit package.
