At the conference, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command launched the emulation movement in 2024 with the theme: "Solidarity, exemplary, disciplined, proactive, creative, determined to win". On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded the title of advanced unit to 9 collectives, the title of basic emulation soldier to 18 individuals and the title of advanced soldier to 94 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement Determined to win in 2023.
