To quickly repair damage and focus on restoring and stabilizing production and business operations after Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi), Quang Ninh Provincial Post Office launched the "Saturday - Victory Day" program, simultaneously deploying its staff to develop business throughout the province with high determination.

Typhoon Yagi made landfall in Quang Ninh province on September 7, 2024, causing significant damage to both lives and property. The postal service, including delivery, transportation, and customer service, was also disrupted. Immediately after the typhoon passed, the Quang Ninh Provincial Post Office focused on stabilizing operations, restoring delivery, transportation, and customer service at post offices, and ensuring the continued flow of goods.
