The conference was held online, connecting participants from the Tax Department, provincial tax offices, local tax offices, and representatives of household businesses in many localities.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Tax Department, Mai Son, stated that the development and operation of the Business Household Experience Portal aims to effectively implement the "Transformation of the model and method of tax management for business households when abolishing lump-sum tax" project and the "60-day intensive plan to transform the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households," thereby promoting digital transformation in tax management. The tax authorities will always accompany and provide substantial support to help business households transition smoothly, promptly grasp new regulations, and correctly operate tax management procedures in the electronic environment.
At the online meeting points of the Provincial Tax Department and the local Tax Department, household businesses were able to directly practice the procedures of tax declaration, tax payment, and tax refund on the Experience Portal, with on-site guidance and support from tax officials.
The experience portal is designed as a simulation environment, allowing households to familiarize themselves with the procedures before officially implementing tax declaration from January 1, 2026. This helps households minimize errors, reduce confusion, and ensure that the electronic tax filing process after the transition is quick, transparent, and convenient.
Household businesses can access the Experience Portal via the eTax Mobile application or through the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System at: https://dichvucong.gdt.gov.vn/tthc/homelogin. Household businesses will be provided with tools for tax registration, invoices; tax declaration, tax refund, tax payment… with an interface simulating the official system. The tax authorities expect the Experience Portal to help household businesses adapt to the digital business environment and proactively adapt to the new tax management model in the future.
