The signing ceremony took place within the framework of cooperation between member units of the Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) and Sun Group.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong - Deputy General Director of ACV, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAGS; Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan - General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, and leaders of member companies within the ACV ecosystem.
Previously, in June 2025, ACV and Sun Group signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in many areas aimed at developing a world-class aviation and tourism ecosystem in Vietnam. In this agreement, ACV affirmed its key role in providing ground services at airports in Vietnam.
Based on this strategic cooperation, member units within ACV's ground handling ecosystem, including Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (SAGS), Hanoi Ground Services Joint Stock Company (HGS), Saigon Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (SCSC), and Vietnam Aviation Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (ACSV), have successfully negotiated and signed a ground handling service contract with Sun PhuQuoc Airways, establishing professional, safe, and efficient service standards.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, said the airline is committed to providing seamless service and experiences for customers. To achieve this goal, Sun PhuQuoc Airways needs the support of the partners who signed the cooperation agreement today.

According to Mr. Quan, signing a contract is essentially a commitment to jointly develop products and services that provide a complete service experience for customers.
Therefore, both parties are committed to providing a seamless, high-quality service experience for passengers before, during, and after their flights. They are jointly committed to implementing the established criteria and monitoring their execution to ensure this goal is achieved.
Expressing gratitude to Sun PhuQuoc Airways for their trust and partnership with SAGS and other ground handling companies under ACV, Mr. Bui Tuan Anh - General Director of SAGS - assessed the signing of the ground handling contract between Sun PhuQuoc Airways and SAGS, along with HGS, SCSC, and ACSV on September 8-9, as a significant milestone.
This collaboration opens opportunities for SAGS in particular, and companies within the ACV ecosystem in general, to create the best synergistic service value for Sun PhuQuoc Airways. This will synchronize and optimize the passenger experience at the airports served by Sun PhuQuoc Airways.
