On the morning of December 8, Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee chaired the Conference to give opinions on the leadership in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system (since implementing the 2-level local government) of the communes of Bang Lang, Xuan Giang, Dong Yen, and Tien Yen in 2025 and the directions and tasks for 2026.

According to the reports of the leaders of Bang Lang, Xuan Giang, Dong Yen and Tien Yen communes, after implementing the arrangement and consolidation of administrative units and putting into operation the 2-level local government model, the Party Committees and People's Committees of the communes have focused on reviewing, adjusting and perfecting the system of socio- economic , defense and security indicators suitable to the scale after the merger.

The Party Committees of the communes have focused on timely leadership and direction, ensuring that all activities of the government apparatus are continuous and uninterrupted, especially in handling administrative procedures for the people. In 2025, despite many difficulties, challenges, natural disasters, and epidemics that have greatly impacted social life, the communes have led and directed the implementation of the economic goals and targets for 2025, which have been basically completed.

Concluding the Conference, Nong Thi Bich Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and commended the efforts and results that the communes had achieved in the extremely difficult context, affected by natural disasters, epidemics, and the two-level government apparatus had just come into operation, but the communes had basically completed and achieved the set goals and targets, including many important targets such as budget revenue, per capita income, maintaining new rural standards, national standard schools, etc. She requested that from now until the end of 2025, the communes continue to make the greatest efforts to complete the targets that have not been achieved and are still low, complete the socio-economic development goals, and continuously improve people's lives. At the same time, proactively develop the 2026 work program closely following the local situation and the targets assigned by the province.

In addition, the communes focused on promoting propaganda about the 14th National Congress of the Party; preparing well for the successful organization of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; effectively implementing the 2026 military recruitment plan; social welfare work, caring for the people during Tet, ensuring security and order, especially during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. The communes proactively reviewed and developed comprehensive action programs and implementation plans to concretize the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress. The key commune leaders demonstrated the highest sense of responsibility, closely adhering to their tasks to focus on leading and directing a comprehensive review of newly issued mechanisms and policies to apply them to the locality, helping the people to benefit promptly.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nong Thi Bich Hue also requested relevant departments and branches to absorb the recommendations of the communes to report and submit to competent authorities for timely and decisive direction on recommendations related to funding support for households that have to urgently relocate due to the impact of natural disasters; effectively manage clean water projects, avoid the risk of waste; manage and operate landfills; ensure synchronous and timely funding... contributing to removing difficulties and obstacles to promote socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the communes.
