The principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School, Chu Prong District ( Gia Lai ) was disciplined and dismissed due to many violations in work and leaving the school without permission.

On January 6, a representative of Le Van Tam Secondary School confirmed that the chairman of the district People's Committee had decided to discipline and remove Mr. Doan Huu Khue from the position of principal of this school.

Mr. Khue was disciplined and dismissed due to violations and shortcomings according to the conclusion of the District Inspectorate on the inspection of the management and use of financial resources of Le Van Tam Secondary School.

In addition, Mr. Khue violated regulations on disciplinary action against officials, civil servants and public employees.

Specifically, violating regulations on the performance of duties and responsibilities of civil servants, labor discipline; regulations, internal rules and working regulations of public service units;

Violations in management and use of public assets during professional activities; civil servants fail to complete assigned management and operation tasks without justifiable reasons.

Currently, the operation of Le Van Tam Secondary School is assigned to Mr. Le Van Ban - vice principal.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , recently Mr. Doan Huu Khue - the school's principal - has been absent for more than a month, not coming to work at the school without reason.

According to the school representative, the principal's absence affects the school's operations such as directing and managing, signing documents, and delaying the payment of teachers' salaries...

According to the Chu Prong District Inspectorate, through the inspection of the management and use of the school's financial resources in the period of 2022 - 2023, it was discovered that the school violated many financial-related contents such as paying overtime wages in violation of regulations, spending incorrectly on the study cost support regime, etc.

In addition, there are still some issues related to payment for physical education practice teaching, payment for teaching contracts and debts to external partners awaiting investigation by the police agency to clarify.
