A 3-meter-diameter Vietnamese pancake (Banh Xeo) was created by 15 chefs and culinary artisans at the 11th Southern Vietnam Traditional Cake Festival, jointly organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City. Banh Xeo is one of the most famous signature dishes of the Mekong Delta region. Made from rice flour, the fillings are varied and include pork, chicken, shrimp, prawns, papaya, mung beans, bean sprouts, and more.
