This project comprises 12 main items, including the renovation of the existing park area from Phan Chu Trinh Street to the Tourist Management and Support Center, covering approximately 2 hectares. Over 17 hectares from the San Ho Xanh tourist area to Nguyen An Ninh Street will be used to build a new park area including a square, food court, festival space, experiential activities, etc.

The Vung Tau City Project Management Board (representing the investor) stated that, to ensure progress, during peak periods the contractor will mobilize nearly 1,000 workers, working in two shifts and divided into 13 construction areas. According to the plan set by the City People's Committee, the project will be constructed over 6 months and completed by the end of April 2025.
