17-year-old boy marries 71-year-old woman after 3 weeks of "love at first sight"

Groom Gary Hardwick from Tennessee (USA) was only 17 years old when he met Mrs. Almeda (71 years old) at her son's funeral in 2015. Seeing her suffering from the great pain of losing her son, he ran to comfort her.

Upon first meeting, they both realized they were soulmates. Almeda decided to date and became engaged to the young man after only three weeks of meeting, much to the surprise of many. She believed that the greatest pain was losing a loved one, and therefore, one must cherish present relationships.
