On January 11th, leaders of the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City ( Dong Nai province) visited and offered condolences to the relatives of the victims who died in the house fire in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa City.
In the early hours of the same day, a fire suddenly broke out at the house of Mr. Le Van Bay (74 years old, Tam Hoa neighborhood, Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city). At that time, Mr. Bay and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cuc were inside the house.

Upon discovering the fire, Mr. and Mrs. Bay shouted for help to escape and alerted neighbors to extinguish the flames. Fortunately, Mrs. Cuc managed to escape safely, but Mr. Bay fell and became trapped in the fire.
The fire was later extinguished, and Mr. Bay's body was found in the rubble. The nearly 100-square -meter house belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Bay was completely destroyed.
On the same day, the Vinh Cuu District Police are continuing to investigate the cause of a large fire at a wood processing factory covering approximately 1,000 square meters , specializing in the production and processing of pallets, located in Ong Huong Hamlet, Thien Tan Commune.
Last night (January 10th), a fire suddenly broke out at a woodworking factory in Ong Huong hamlet, Thien Tan commune.
The fire then quickly spread and engulfed the entire workshop, which covered nearly 1,000 square meters. The fire caused no casualties but destroyed and collapsed hundreds of square meters of the workshop along with much of the furniture and wooden goods inside.
