The Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department organized regular activities in December and specialized activities in the fourth quarter of 2025.

On December 3, 2025, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission organized a regular Party Cell meeting for December and a thematic meeting for the fourth quarter of 2025. Comrade Hoang Hong Dieu, Party Cell Secretary chaired the meeting; in attendance were Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and all Party members in the Party Cell.

During the regular meeting, the Party Cell listened to reports on the payment of party dues; assessed the ideological situation of party members; results of work in November and key tasks for December 2025. Party members actively discussed and proposed many solutions to improve the quality of work.

Next, the Party Cell organized a thematic meeting for the fourth quarter of 2025 with the content "Studying and applying Ho Chi Minh's Thought on promoting the people's mastery, caring for the people's material and spiritual life, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of professional work".

Representatives of the Union Department of Associations presented a paper at the thematic meeting of the fourth quarter of 2025.

At the meeting, the presentations were all seriously prepared, closely following the content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, and closely related to the functions and tasks of each specialized department; highlighting the achieved results, models, creative ways of doing things and proposing solutions to improve the quality of consulting and implementing assigned tasks. Party members of the Party Cell discussed enthusiastically, focusing on solutions to innovate methods, improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work and strongly promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members.

In his speech, Comrade Nong Thanh Tung acknowledged and highly appreciated the serious preparation of the departments and the sense of responsibility of the Party members. He requested the Party Cell to continue to strengthen solidarity, discipline, order, promote the pioneering and exemplary role; proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee on propaganda and mass mobilization work in a focused, key and effective direction.

At the end of the meeting, the Party Cell assessed the quality of the meeting and unanimously approved the December 2025 Resolution. On that basis, the Party Cell proposed key solutions to improve the quality of work and determined to excellently complete the assigned tasks. The meeting took place democratically, seriously, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving practical results.
