From November 25, Inspection Sub-Department No. 17 temporarily suspended the truck inspection line to carry out construction, renovation, and repair to raise the factory floor.
On November 22, Mr. Le Hoang Kiem, Director of Inspection Sub-Department No. 17, said that the unit had just announced the temporary suspension of the truck inspection line.

According to Mr. Kiem, the suspension is to carry out package No. 7 (construction, renovation, repair and elevation of the motor vehicle inspection workshop floor of the Registration Department No. 17).
Currently, the Registration Office No. 17 (located at Hamlet 5, Tan Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province) has two inspection lines including: Car inspection line (Type I inspection line) and truck inspection line (Type II inspection line).
"The Department has sent a document to the Department of Transport of Ca Mau province stating that from November 25, 2024, the unit will temporarily suspend the operation of the truck inspection line. The car inspection line will still operate normally," Mr. Kiem informed.
According to Mr. Kiem, when the truck inspection line is completed and operating normally again, the car line will be stopped for construction.
"The renovation and repair of both lines will be completed within 50 days, starting from November 25, 2024. However, we will urge the construction unit to speed up the completion progress as soon as possible, to serve the inspection needs of individuals and organizations, especially in the run-up to the Lunar New Year of At Ty in 2025," Mr. Kiem added.
