2025 is the first year that the High School Graduation Exam is organized according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program. The Ministry of Education and Training also identified this as a very important task to prepare well for the High School Graduation Exam from 2025 according to the 2018 General Education Program to help schools, teachers and students prepare for the Exam with peace of mind, so the Ministry of Education and Training soon established a Steering Committee to develop reference exam questions and implemented steps to develop reference exam questions in a scientific , rigorous and responsible spirit.
The Ministry said that to ensure objectivity, comprehensiveness, and closeness to the program and the teaching and learning process, the Ministry invited experts, scientists, lecturers, teachers, editors who participated in developing the 2018 General Education Program, the Continuing Education Program, authors who compiled textbooks according to the 2018 General Education Program, and those who participated in training courses on building question banks and creating test questions organized by the Ministry of Education and Training...
The reference exam ensures compliance with the regulations on the structure and format of the High School Graduation Exam from 2025 announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, and closely follows the 2018 General Education Program and mainly grade 12.
