Can Giuoc Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch completes procedures for people before receiving money
The leader of the Can Giuoc Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch (referred to as the Branch) said that DT.827E is a key project of the province, the money to pay for compensation for site clearance and invest in the construction of the DT.827E resettlement area for the people is available, and asked the people to agree to receive compensation so that the project can be implemented soon.
There are currently 49 households registered to receive the total amount of more than 75.9 billion VND. The branch will check and coordinate with My Loc commune to pay the people as soon as possible.
People receive compensation for the project of Site clearance and investment in construction of Resettlement Area DT.827E
On November 4, 2025, the People's Committee of My Loc commune issued Decision No. 3627/QD-UBND approving the compensation, support and resettlement plan for the Site Clearance and Investment Project for the Construction of Resettlement Area DT.827E invested by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in My Loc commune, including 143 households, an area of over 78,000m2 , compensation amount of over 283.7 billion VND. Up to now, 73 households have agreed to receive compensation, an area of 32,800m2, a total amount of over 100.6 billion VND./.
