Investor Haus Da Lat officially started the project

The investor also plans to complete and open the exhibition area, private club, stage, and fountain in early Q3. The show home area will also be opened in Q3, and the handover of all Sky Villas and Sky Mansions will proceed in Q1/2027. Finally, the 5-star resort under the InterContinental brand will officially begin operations in 2027.

Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the event.

Mr. Tran Hong Thai also provided further information, stating that in 2025, Lam Dong province will accelerate investment and complete key transportation infrastructure projects, strengthening investment attraction in the province's advantageous sectors according to the list approved by the Prime Minister in the Lam Dong Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. Through this, the province will enhance competitiveness and create a favorable investment environment to welcome strategic domestic and foreign investors to Da Lat and Lam Dong.

Mitchell & Eades, the interior design firm behind resort and wellness projects, will design Haus Wellness Center, with operational consulting provided by Chiva-Som, a wellness brand founded by former Thai Deputy Prime Minister Boonchu Rojanastien.
