According to the bulletin of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, this morning (July 4), the low pressure area in the northeastern sea of ​​the North East Sea has strengthened into a tropical depression, moving in the northeast direction at a speed of 15-20km/h.

It is forecasted that tomorrow morning (July 5), the tropical depression will move in the West Northwest direction at a speed of 10-15km/h and is likely to strengthen.

The Provincial Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue has sent an official dispatch to provincial departments, branches, units, People's Committees of coastal communes and wards and related units to proactively take response measures.

The units organize serious on-duty shifts and regularly report to the Standing Office of the Provincial Command for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and the Standing Office of the Provincial Command for Civil Defense, Incident Response, Natural Disasters and Search and Rescue.
