FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh: "All people build the nation for a strong and prosperous Vietnam"

Hanoi, October 10, 2025 - Speaking at the "1st Panorama of Vietnam Private Economy" in 2025, a key event of the Panorama of Vietnam Private Economy (ViPEL) model, Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Head of the Private Economic Development Research Department (Department IV), Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation officially introduced the initiative "public - private co-building the nation", considering this a new action model to mobilize the combined strength between the State and the business community, joining hands to realize the aspiration of a strong Vietnam. Aspiration "public - private co-building the nation" Attending the event were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of ministries, departments, branches, localities; the business community, Vietnamese enterprises and representatives of international organizations. Implementing the direction of Resolution 68/TW on private economic development, Committee IV and a team of typical entrepreneurs have built the ViPEL model - Panorama of Vietnam's Private Economy, initially gathering the core forces of economic sectors, organizing into an Executive Council and 4 specialized Committees.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh said that this is a continuous action program, aiming to arouse the spirit of cooperation between the State, businesses and society. He emphasized: “If in the past, our nation won through the People's War, then today when we are entering a new war - the war for a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam, we need the whole people to build the nation. In this new war, we must share the same dream, the same aspiration. Each business, each organization has its own dream, but if that dream goes alone, it is very small. To create something great, we must join forces, must find State organizations, businesses, to cooperate and act together”.
To realize this, he called for the implementation of the spirit of "Three Together" - sharing dreams, working together and taking responsibility together.

Within the framework of ViPEL 2025, many meetings were held by industry groups and the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum program to promote the role of women in private economic development. At the discussion sessions, businesses, experts and agency representatives analyzed the "big problems" of each industry, identified growth potential and opportunities.

“Three Togethers” and “Three Pioneers” – the nation's new spirit of action

Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called on the business community and private entrepreneurs to implement “3 pioneers, 2 strengths” to realize the aspiration of “Public and Private Partnership for Nation Building”.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for the business community to implement “3 pioneers, 2 strengths, 1 consistent goal” to work with the State to implement the model of “Public - Private joint construction of the nation”. The three pioneers include: pioneering in implementing two 100-year strategic goals (by 2030 becoming a modern industrialized country with high average income; by 2045 becoming a developed country with high income); pioneering in the patriotic emulation movement, each enterprise has a specific product or model to contribute; and pioneering in social security work, leaving no one behind. The two strengths mentioned by the Prime Minister are growing beyond oneself – innovation, digital transformation, green development, circulation – and growing in substantive, fair, and effective international integration. The Prime Minister affirmed, “For the goal of national development and the happiness of the people, nothing is impossible. The more pressure, the more effort we make – that is Vietnamese culture, the strength that helps us overcome all challenges to break through.”

With "3 pioneers" and "2 strong", the Prime Minister believes that the private business community will successfully achieve a consistent goal assigned by the Party and State: "The private economy is the most important driving force of the national economy", harmoniously and effectively combining with the state economy as the mainstay.

According to the Prime Minister, Vietnam has carried out the renovation process over the past 40 years with three main pillars: eliminating bureaucracy and subsidies; developing a multi-sector economy, including the private economy; and international integration.

Assessing that agriculture has helped the country escape poverty and become a rice exporter; industry and foreign investment have helped the country achieve middle income; the Prime Minister hopes and believes that science and technology, innovation and digital transformation will help the country become a developed, high-income country.

The Prime Minister hopes that entrepreneurs and businesses will join in "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Prosperity - Development - Sustainability", further promoting their pioneering, innovative, creative and connecting roles, not only enriching their businesses and industries but also enriching society and the country. In addition, to emphasize the greatest goal of the Party and State is to maintain independence, freedom and bring an increasingly happy and prosperous life to the people, the Prime Minister gave the Conference 20 words: "Constructive State - Pioneering Entrepreneurs - Public and Private Partnership - Strong Country - Happy People".

Launch of the Low Altitude Economic Alliance (LAE)

At the event, the Prime Minister and delegates performed the launching ceremony of the Low-Altitude Economic Alliance (LAE). The event marked an important milestone in the process of raising Vietnam's position on the global technology map.

The LAE Alliance was established with the goal of building Vietnam into a regional leader in low-level economy, moving towards the world's low-level economic center, developing high-tech industries applying UAVs, unmanned aviation, smart devices, data and automation. The Alliance expects this new economy to promote thousands of supporting businesses, create 1 million high-quality jobs and bring tens of billions of USD to Vietnam in the next 10-15 years.

The Alliance brings together leading technology, financial, start-up and expert corporations, with the common goal of forming a key economic sector, in which Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - General Director of FPT Corporation holds the role of Chairman of the Alliance, two Vice Chairmen are Mr. Don Lam - Founder and CEO of VinaCapital and Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - CEO of Vietnam UAV Network.

Vietnam - with its geopolitical advantages, policies encouraging innovation, and a young and dynamic workforce - is facing a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity" to become a low-end industrial center of the region and the world.
