After listening to opinions, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung and leaders of departments and branches answered each question raised by union members and youth; analyzed and clarified many issues discussed at the conference.

Representatives of the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province answered questions from union members and youth.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung emphasized that the Party and State always pay attention to youth and have many policies to create conditions for youth development. In recent times, youth have made many important contributions to the socio-economic development of the province, especially in the context of implementing two-level local government and merging the province.

On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, comrade Ho Van Mung praised and acknowledged the contributions of the union members and youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in general and the development of An Giang province in particular. The province's growth to reach over 10% depends largely on science and technology. To effectively apply science and technology, the role of youth is very important. Therefore, An Giang youth clearly define their roles and responsibilities and build action plans and programs that must adhere to the development orientation of the province, make movements but go into substance.

For departments, branches and localities, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to review, propose adjustments and supplements to mechanisms and policies to help young people directly contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Department of Finance shall coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union to implement the program of innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and start-up; establish a working group to support entrepreneurship and innovation. The Department of Science and Technology shall order young people to conduct scientific research on practical matters that serve life and production.
