In October 2025, VinFast Limo Green continued to "make waves" in the market when it achieved record sales in the 7-seat MPV segment with nearly 4,200 cars sold. Thus, after only 3 months, a total of 6,504 Limo Green cars were delivered to customers - a rare number in the 7-seat MPV segment.

Among thousands of customers, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung ( Hanoi ) is one of the pioneer drivers to own Limo Green. It is also the choice that brings many big changes to him.

Previously, Mr. Hung used a segment A gasoline car with a travel frequency of nearly 200 km per day. The biggest reason for him to switch to an electric car is because of the economical cost of use and the price of Limo Green is also more reasonable when compared to gasoline models in the segment.

“ Previously, I spent about 250,000 to 300,000 VND on gasoline every day. Now, switching to Limo Green, I don’t have to spend any more on fuel, ” he said. Mr. Hung and other VinFast electric car owners are currently enjoying 100% free charging at V-Green public charging stations until the end of June 2027. With the new electric car, Mr. Hung saves nearly 100 million VND per year with the current working frequency. That is not a small number, especially for those who use the car as a means of generating income.

In addition, Mr. Hung also highly appreciated the support policies that VinFast is applying. “In addition to free charging, the company also supports green conversion, supports drivers running the Green SM Platform and flexible installment payments. In addition, electric vehicles do not need oil changes, do not require expensive maintenance, clearly saving a lot of costs,” he analyzed.

Expand customer base, improve service experience

When he first switched from a gasoline car to an electric car, Mr. Hung was not surprised at all, and even found it very convenient. According to him, the charging station system now covers the inner city and suburbs of Hanoi, so he can easily charge his car anywhere.

Limo Green supports 80 kW DC fast charging, which can charge from 10% to 70% in just over half an hour - equivalent to the driver's rest time. With a battery capacity of more than 60 kWh, the car can travel about 450 km after each full charge. This distance completely meets Mr. Hung's daily working needs.

Since switching to the 7-seat electric MPV model, Mr. Hung said the number of customers has increased significantly. He is able to serve a more diverse customer base, expanding to include customers traveling in groups and large families.

“ The 7-seat car can accommodate groups of 4-6 people, so passengers can travel more comfortably. The car runs smoothly, quietly, and doesn’t smell of gasoline, so everyone compliments it ,” he said.

In terms of interior space, Limo Green has an overall size of 4,740 × 1,872 × 1,723 mm and a wheelbase of 2,840 mm. Thanks to that, the space of the car's three rows of seats is considered more comfortable than most other MPVs priced under 1 billion VND. The middle row of seats can slide and recline, optimizing the space in the back. In terms of comfort, the car is equipped with air-conditioning vents for both the second and third rows of seats.

According to Mr. Hung, customers who use taxi or technology car services are now increasingly focusing on the experience, not just moving from point A to point B. In that context, electric cars bring a really good competitive advantage to drivers. He believes that the decision to switch to electric cars in general and Limo Green in particular is completely wise at this time.

With low operating costs, cost optimization capabilities and increasingly complete infrastructure, electric vehicles like Limo Green are becoming a practical choice for many service drivers. When the economic , convenience and user experience problems are solved at the same time, the trend of switching to electric vehicles in the transportation business group is almost inevitable.

Currently, VinFast Limo Green comes with many attractive incentives to help users access electric vehicles more easily. From the listed price of 749 million VND, Vietnamese customers receive a 4% discount, additional support of up to 22 million VND if they own a gasoline car and switch to an electric car, and an additional 7.5 million VND if they register the car in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City. If buying a car on installments, customers will receive interest support of up to 4%/year compared to the market rate for the first 3 years. In parallel, car owners will receive free charging until the end of June 2027.
