CIZIDCO to increase net profit by more than 126% in the first 6 months of 2024

CIZIDCO is the investor, manager and operator of 3 large industrial parks with a scale of 800 hectares (North Chu Lai Industrial Park, Tam Thang Industrial Park and Tam Thang expansion) and Ban Thach Riverside Hotel Center.

CIZIDCO's leadership representative said that despite facing many difficulties and challenges, in the first 6 months of 2024, the company has strived to achieve total revenue of more than VND 54.3 billion and paid VND 8.44 billion to the budget, respectively increasing by nearly 105% and 45% over the same period in 2023; profit after tax also increased by more than 126% to VND 11.3 billion.

In 2024, CIZIDCO plans to do business with a total revenue of 115.5 billion VND, an increase of about 18% compared to the business results in 2023. After the past 6 months, CIZIDCO has completed 47.1% of the revenue plan, nearly 47% of the budget payment plan; social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance payments reached 50.8% and achieved 51.2% of the set profit target.
