Announcing Vietnam Gameverse Festival 2025

At the event, Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (PTTH&TTĐT), stated that after two years of organization, the Vietnam GameVerse 2025 festival promises to affirm its role as a leading event for the gaming community, developers, publishers, and businesses in the Vietnamese game industry.

According to the Director of the Department of Broadcasting and Electronic Information: this year's event will mark a strong turning point with attractive opportunities for connection and exchange.

With the theme "Connecting Verses," the Vietnam Game Festival 2025 will provide participants with a comprehensive experience, allowing them to directly explore exciting products, services, and technologies, and network with leading experts and companies operating in the gaming industry.

The series of activities within the framework of Vietnam GameVerse this year will start in February and end in May 2025 with the Vietnam Game Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring four main activity groups:

Vietnam Game Awards 2025: Honoring products, services, communities, and individuals related to the gaming industry who have achieved outstanding success in the sector.

Vietnam Game Forum 2025: Continuing and developing the content discussed from the previous two seasons, as well as updating current issues, the Game Talks and Vietnam Game Forum 2025 are organized to create a space for representatives of organizations, businesses, and experts to discuss attractive topics of current interest.

Collaborative and Investment Activities: Following the success and support of the second season, collaborative and investment activities within the framework of Vietnam GameVerse 2025 will continue to be organized and expanded in scale with the participation of many leading domestic and international organizations and investors.

Entertainment activities: This group of activities includes exhibitions of games and products/services in the gaming industry; live gaming arenas at the event; cosplay contests and a parade dedicated to the cosplay community.

In particular, this year's Vietnam Game Awards have been refined and added some new awards such as: most favorite game character, most favorite Vietnamese Game.

“Each year, besides affirming its leading position in Southeast Asia in terms of the number of attendees, booths, and diverse activities, GameVerse also plays a crucial role in connecting and inspiring. GameVerse connects production and consumption, entertainment and education, developers and publishers, and brands and games. In its third season, we believe that GameVerse 2025 will continue to contribute its core value as a festival for the Vietnamese gaming industry and, through continuous improvements and innovations in content, will bring even more opportunities for connection, helping the Vietnamese gaming industry to reach new heights,” said Mr. La Xuan Thang, Director of Online Game Publishing at VNG .

With an expanded scale and a series of attractive activities, the two-day event is expected to attract from 40,000 to 50,000 attendees.

The Vietnam GameVerse 2025 is expected to be a leading gaming event that will positively impact the development of the gaming industry in Vietnam, while also receiving attention, support, and participation from regulatory agencies, industry experts, producers, publishers, and the gaming community both domestically and internationally.
