At the conference, comrade Phan Van Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced Decision No. 1836-QD/TU, dated February 14, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Van Luom - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Giang District to work at Thang Binh District Party Committee; appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, starting from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that in order to meet the requirements of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots level and to seriously implement the personnel work of Party congresses at all levels, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Van Luom to work at the Thang Binh District Party Committee, and also stemmed from the practical requirements of socio-economic development in the Eastern Quang Nam region.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung hopes that in his new position, comrade Nguyen Van Luom will continue to promote his experience and political mettle, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Thang Binh District, to unite, be creative, and lead the locality to develop even more strongly in the coming time.
