At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Phan Van Binh announced Decision No. 1836 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee transferring Mr. Nguyen Van Luom - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Giang District to work at Thang Binh District Party Committee; appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, starting from March 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung highly appreciated Mr. Nguyen Van Luom's contributions to the socio-economic development of Tay Giang district. At the same time, he hoped that in his new position, Mr. Luom would continue to promote his qualifications, capacity and work experience to contribute to the development of Thang Binh district in particular and Quang Nam in general.

Mr. Nguyen Van Luom thanked the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Giang district for their help and support in helping him complete his tasks in the past time. Mr. Luom said he will always strive to complete his tasks well at his new work unit.
