Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin successfully organized the Conference summarizing production and business activities in 2025 and the Workers' Conference for 2026.

Despite numerous difficulties such as complex geological conditions, high mine pressure, many faults and fractures, extreme weather, and a shortage of underground labor, under the guidance of TKV (Vietnam Coal Corporation), and with the high determination of its employees, Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company has exceeded its 2025 plan and achieved growth compared to 2024.

Accordingly, production at Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company exceeded the set plan: Raw coal production reached 2.0 million tons (planned and resolution target: 1.9 million tons), equivalent to 105.3% of the plan and 122.6% compared to the same period in 2024; Coal consumption reached 1.882 million tons, equivalent to 106.5% of the plan and 114.2% compared to the same period in 2024; Revenue reached VND 2,979.0 billion, equivalent to 109.1% of the plan and 105.3% compared to the same period in 2024; Expected profit was VND 52.06 billion, equivalent to 144.0% of the plan and 111.4% compared to the same period in 2024.

In particular, the average salary at Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company reached VND 21.56 million/person/month, equivalent to 108.3% of the plan and 121.3% compared to the same period in 2024; of which the salary of miners was VND 27.29 million/person/month, equivalent to 118.6% of the plan and 122.3% compared to the same period in 2024…

In addition, the Trade Union and the professional departments of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company have coordinated to effectively implement policies and regulations, taking care of the lives, wages, and welfare of workers, ensuring occupational safety and health, and promoting production emulation movements and building corporate culture… In particular, in 2025, the Company started the investment project to build collective housing for workers, meeting the housing needs of employees.

Mr. Doan Duc Tho, Director of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company, shared that the results and achievements exceeding the plan have created an important foundation for the company to continue its sustainable development in 2026 and the following years. The targets, plans, and tasks for production and business in 2026 include: Excavating 14,320m of tunnels for production preparation; producing 2.0 million tons of raw coal; selling 1.86 million tons of coal; coal production revenue of 2,893 billion VND; profit of 36.2 billion VND; and average salary of 21.56 million VND/person/month. The company has developed 12 key tasks and 5 groups of solutions, striving to comprehensively complete the production and business tasks in 2026, ensuring "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

According to General Director Vu Anh Tuan, Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company is the first mine to successfully convert from open-pit to underground mining and achieve its designed capacity. For the tasks in 2026, the General Director requested the company to continue promoting the application of science and technology, mechanization, automation, and digital transformation in all areas of operation; continue restructuring, reorganizing, streamlining the workforce, improving labor productivity and production and business efficiency, improving working conditions and housing for workers; comprehensively and extensively implement the Resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels, affirming the direct and comprehensive leadership role of the Party committees, and strengthening Party building and a robust political system.

Furthermore, Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company needs to build a team of cadres and workers that meets the requirements of the tasks; continue to effectively implement occupational safety and health and environmental protection; focus on building good relationships with the local community and carrying out social welfare work in the area. Strictly comply with the regulations of the law, the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State; promote the traditional strength of "Discipline and Unity" of the miners, the strength of the collective, to comprehensively complete the tasks for 2026, and achieve the goal of serving the workers and contributing to the development of Nui Beo Coal.

At the conference, Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company announced decisions and awarded the title of "Innovative Miner" of the TKV Trade Union to individuals with outstanding achievements; the Company Director commended leading emulation teams; commended outstanding teams and individuals; and the Company's Trade Union commended outstanding departmental trade unions in 2025.
