Hanoi Convention: President Luong Cuong and UN Secretary-General view VNA photo exhibition
On the morning of October 25, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), President Luong Cuong and United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres co-chaired the signing ceremony and conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention). On this occasion, President Luong Cuong and the UN Secretary-General viewed a photo exhibition produced by the Vietnam News Agency.
