Nghe An Tax Department publicly announced 46 businesses owing 242 billion VND in taxes

Accordingly, Nghe An Tax Department said that as of September 30, 2023, there were 46 people/enterprises under the management authority of Nghe An Tax Department owing taxes and other revenues to the state budget with a total amount of VND 242,524 billion.

The reason for the disclosure is that the above taxpayers violated the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Tax Administration Law No. 38/2019/QH 2014 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government .
