Notice of relocation of graves, properties, works and structures

The People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province is the investor of the project of the planned route connecting the Vinh River dike with the Vinh City bypass (belonging to Vinh Tan Ward - now Truong Vinh Ward). Currently, the People's Committee of the Ward is implementing the work of compensation and support for land acquisition and clearance to invest in implementing the Project. During the implementation process, a number of tombs, assets, works, and architectural objects located within the project planning boundary need to be relocated to implement the project.

The People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward specifically announces the following content:

Organizations, clans, households, individuals, relatives with tombs; constructions (warehouses, workshops, steel frames, corrugated iron...; constructions that do not comply with regulations on vacant land managed by the State) within the scope of the project of the planned route connecting the Vinh river dike with the Vinh city bypass (in Vinh Tan ward - now Truong Vinh ward), directly contact the following units for instructions on registration, declaration and procedures for relocation of graves, assets, constructions and architectural objects:

- Nghe An Province Land Fund Development Center (address: No. 71, VI Le Street, Vinh Phu Ward, Nghe An Province or through comrade Phan Quang Hoi, Tel: 0964.162.789).

- People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward (address: No. 80 Tran Phu Street, Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province or through comrade Ngo Nam Trung - Specialist of Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department, Tel: 0904.221.678).

Time: From December 1, 2025 to December 30, 2025 (during office hours).

The People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward announces and requests related organizations, clans, households, individuals... to coordinate in implementing the relocation and site clearance work to ensure the investment and construction of the above Project on schedule.

After the above time, if households and individuals do not come to contact to coordinate declaration and carry out relocation procedures, the People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward will coordinate with relevant units to review and carry out relocation procedures according to legal regulations.
