From December 8, two relics in Hanoi's Old Quarter, Bach Ma Temple (76 Hang Buom) and Kim Ngan Communal House (42-44 Hang Bac), will start selling entrance tickets at VND20,000/turn. Quan De Temple (28 Hang Buom) and the Old Quarter Cultural Exchange Center (50 Dao Duy Tu) will collect fees from January 1, 2026. According to the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi's Old Quarter, the fee collection is implemented according to Resolution 66 issued on November 27 by the Hanoi People's Council.

Bach Ma Temple is one of the four temples of Thang Long, worshiping Long Do god, built in the 9th century. Kim Ngan Communal House worships the founder of all arts, is one of the oldest and largest communal houses still preserved in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
