The Da Nang Department of Construction stated that from that date, the Law on Real Estate Business and Government Decree No. 96 came into effect.
Accordingly, before commencing business operations, enterprises providing real estate brokerage, consulting, and management services must submit information about their business to the Department of Construction for publication on the housing and real estate market information system.
Before commencing operations, real estate exchanges must submit documents to the Department of Construction to obtain an operating license.
To date, the Da Nang Department of Construction has received and published information on businesses providing real estate brokerage, consulting, and management services on the housing and real estate market information system, and has issued operating licenses for real estate trading floors in the area. Specifically, businesses providing real estate brokerage services include:
SCD Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, headquarters located at building number 6, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street (Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang).
Vinh Khang Real Estate Services and Business Company Limited is located at 35 Truong Sa Street (Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).
Dong Phuong Beach Villas and Hotels Joint Stock Company (Truong Sa Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).
Cen Central Vietnam Joint Stock Company is located at 220 Nguyen Huu Tho Street (Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang).
Cat Viet Rong Co., Ltd. is located at 333 Chuong Duong Street (Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).
DKRA VIRGO Joint Stock Company is located at 709 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (Thanh Khe Ward, Da Nang).
LandCorp Property Vietnam Co., Ltd. is located in the Pvcombank building on 30-4 Street (Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang).
TaTi Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang).
Nam Mien Trung Real Estate Joint Stock Company is located at 41 Tran Dai Nghia Street (Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).
Besides the nine real estate brokerage firms mentioned above, the number of real estate trading floors remains at zero.
The Da Nang Department of Construction notes that, according to the transitional provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business, real estate businesses and real estate service businesses operating before the effective date of this law that do not yet meet the conditions stipulated in this law must supplement all the necessary conditions within 6 months.
From February 1, 2025, businesses providing real estate services (real estate brokerage, consulting, and management services) that were operating before August 1, 2024, but have not yet met the conditions under the Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15, will no longer be eligible to operate...
