Da Nang announces the names of 9 real estate brokerage businesses in the area.

The Da Nang Department of Construction has just announced the list of real estate service businesses and real estate trading floors in the area (from August 1, 2024 to present).

The Danang Department of Construction said that from that time on, the Law on Real Estate Business and Decree No. 96 of the Government will come into effect.

Accordingly, before conducting business activities, enterprises providing real estate brokerage, consulting and management services must send information about the enterprise to the Department of Construction to be posted on the housing and real estate market information system.

Real estate trading floors must submit documents to the Department of Construction before operating to obtain an operating license.

Up to now, the Department of Construction of Da Nang has received and posted information of businesses providing brokerage, consulting and real estate management services on the housing and real estate market information system and granted licenses to operate real estate trading floors in the area. Specifically, businesses providing real estate brokerage services include:

SCD Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, head office address: Building No. 6, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street (Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang).

Vinh Khang Real Estate Services and Trading Company Limited at 35 Truong Sa Street (Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).

Bien Dong Phuong Villas and Hotel Joint Stock Company (Truong Sa Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang).

Central Cen Joint Stock Company at 220 Nguyen Huu Tho (Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang).

Cat Viet Rong Company Limited at 333 Chuong Duong (Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang).

DKRA VIRGO Joint Stock Company at 709 Nguyen Tat Thanh (Thanh Khe ward, Da Nang).

LandCorp Property Vietnam Co., Ltd. at Pvcombank building, 30-4 street (Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang).

TaTi Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang).

Nam Mien Trung Real Estate Joint Stock Company at 41 Tran Dai Nghia (Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang).

In addition to the 9 real estate brokerage service businesses mentioned above, the current data for real estate trading floors is still 0.

The Department of Construction of Da Nang noted that according to the transitional provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business, real estate businesses and real estate service businesses operating before the effective date of this law that have not yet met the conditions prescribed by this law must supplement all conditions within 6 months.

From February 1, 2025, real estate service businesses (floor services, brokerage, consulting, real estate management) operating before August 1, 2024 that have not met the conditions under the Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15 will not be guaranteed operating conditions...
