The "Magical Wings" music festival takes place in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
Also attending the grand music festival were Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong; leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee; leaders of departments, bureaus, and institutes under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives of provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Departments of Tourism nationwide; numerous representatives of tourism businesses, domestic and international filmmakers, along with a large number of artists, actors, and thousands of local people and tourists.
The "Magical Wings" music festival is a key event in a series of activities and events under the 2023 program to develop Vietnam's tourism brand through cinema, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee. The 90-minute program will be broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television.

Prior to the start of the "Magical Wings" music festival, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Ninh, and other delegates attended the red carpet event. Also present were actors, beauty queens, artists, and more.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Nguyen Tan Tuan, expressed his honor that Khanh Hoa province was chosen by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to host a series of events and activities in the 2023 program to develop the Vietnamese tourism brand through cinema. Khanh Hoa has been striving to realize its potential through mechanisms, breakthroughs, and innovations. Among these, sustainable tourism development based on quality and professionalism is one of the key solutions and tasks. This is also an important basis for Khanh Hoa's commitment to meeting and ensuring the best conditions for the development of tourism and cinema in the future. The 2023 program to develop the Vietnamese tourism brand through cinema in Khanh Hoa is an event that "connects to reach further, creating momentum for takeoff" for Vietnamese tourism in general and Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism in particular. Through these films, we aim to promote the image, potential, aspirations, and beauty of Vietnam's people and country to both domestic audiences and international friends.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said: Today, in the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with Khanh Hoa province, is organizing the art program "Magical Wings," along with activities such as the exhibition "Tourism showcase through films" - "Khanh Hoa, your destination"; the forum "Vietnamese Tourism and Cinema - Linking for further growth, creating momentum for takeoff" and the international conference on promoting investment in developing the Vietnamese tourism brand through cinema. These are part of the series of events of the 2023 program to link and develop the Vietnamese tourism brand through cinema, aiming to realize the Politburo 's Resolution and Government Resolution No. 82 dated May 18, 2023, creating a foundation for accelerated economic and tourism development.

Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong stated: The experience of many countries around the world, including Vietnam, has proven that cinema is an extremely effective channel for promoting tourist destinations. After each successful film, the locations that served as settings for these films have become destinations for numerous new tours, attracting a large number of tourists. The image of Vietnam and its people is beautifully portrayed through films shot in Vietnam such as * The Quiet American*, *Kong: Skull Island*, *A Tourist's Love Journey*, *Pao's Story*, *Father Carrying Son*, *Endless Fields*, *I See Yellow Flowers on Green Grass*, *Blue Eyes*, *You and Trinh *..., demonstrating the benefits of promoting Vietnam's image through cinema – a cultural industry that we have strived to build.

Today's "Wings of Wonder" art program will feature wonderful images, stories, melodies, and dances celebrating the nature, people, and culture of Vietnam. These performances by artists will contribute to the effective promotion of Vietnamese culture, brands, and tourism; and further strengthen the link between "Businesses - Filmmakers - Local Authorities," maximizing the combined strength, potential, and advantages to serve the development of Vietnamese cinema, tourism, and brands in general, and Khanh Hoa province in particular.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized: The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to receive the cooperation and support of all levels, sectors, localities, investors, and film professionals for the development of Vietnam's tourism brand through cinema.
The program offered audiences a two-part artistic performance: Wings Through Time; and Soaring Far. It featured performances by famous Vietnamese singers such as Ho Ngoc Ha, Trong Hieu, Bui Lan Huong, Van Mai Huong, Kyo York, Hoang Dung, Ai Phuong… performing songs like: Silent Love, Flying with the Milky Way, Vietnam's Journeys, The Song of Shrimp and Fish, What Have We Seen Tonight, Hello Vietnam… The audience was immersed in a night of art with a series of spectacular performances, leaving many unforgettable impressions.
