Dak Nong publicly announces list of representative offices and resident reporters in the area

On May 8, 2023, the Department of Information and Communications issued Notice No. 38/TB-STTTT regarding the list of representative offices, resident reporters, and regularly working reporters registered to operate in Dak Nong province (data updated as of May 1, 2023). However, the registration of reporters from media agencies outside the province frequently changes and requires regular updates.

Therefore, to facilitate information retrieval for agencies, units, and businesses, the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Nong province now regularly updates the list of representative offices, resident reporters, and regularly working reporters registered to operate in Dak Nong province via the following link and QR code:

Dak Nong publicly releases the list of representative offices and resident reporters in the area (Figure 1).

This QR code allows you to look up the list of representative offices, resident reporters, and regularly working reporters registered to operate in Dak Nong province.

The Dak Nong Department of Information and Communications requests that agencies, units, and localities provide information to the press and create conditions for the press to operate in accordance with the law. At the same time, they should coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications in implementing Plan 770/KH-UBND dated December 14, 2022, of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of tasks to strengthen the direction, management, and rectification of the activities of newspapers, magazines, electronic information websites, and social networks in Dak Nong province.

During interactions and collaborations with resident reporters, if any issues arise, agencies and units are requested to collect relevant documents and evidence, and simultaneously provide written information to the Department of Information and Communications for guidance and support.

This public disclosure aims to provide maximum support to reporters and journalists working in Dak Nong province, while also preventing the impersonation and misuse of the title of reporter or journalist for illegal activities.
