Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training requires units to temporarily suspend childcare activities during the summer at preschools; centers and businesses that organize educational activities until storm No. 3 dissipates and safety is ensured before resuming operations.
Absolutely do not organize summer activities, especially in areas at risk of flooding and landslides. Establish a communication channel with parents to manage students, minimizing the risks that may occur due to storm No. 3.
